Tawanda is a professional Business Development Consultant who is constantly looking for ways to continuously improve and unlock value for clients’ portfolios and offer business management solutions (ERP). Value addition is achieved by tirelessly identifying new opportunities and minimising risk through applying robust and current best practices in Cloud Computing and Business Process Flows. This has been achieved through acquisition, implementation and support of International ERP Brands such as SAP Business One and Business ByDesign, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor Systems, Oracle Netsuite.

He is the current Managing Director for Daswa Microfinance and Lead Consultant for Kyzen Solutions Pty Ltd, a Business Development Consultancy and Strategic Management Think Tank. As the lead consultant for Kyzen solutions Pty Ltd, Tawanda is currently leading a few projects in the Fintech industry managing and developing their Business Development Strategies. Riskflow is a Fintech company with a Cloud Digital Treasury Platform (RDTP) providing solutions in Asset Liability Management and Cashflow Management in Banks and Corporates. Kyzen, is also working on Market Penetration and Business Development Strategy on own IP products for Advancenet Group in Africa.

Tawanda is currently studying towards an MBA with Africa University and is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and finance from Bindura University and an Executive Certificate in Risk Management from University of Zimbabwe.

He worked in the banking sector from 2010 to 2016 in various Commercial Banks, including a Share transfer Secretary Company. Tawanda Also worked for Twenty Third Century Systems from 2016 -2020. He worked in various positions within the Group. 2016, saw him working exclusively in the East African Market with Uganda as his base. He developed the Market for SAP business One for Uganda, Rwanda , Tanzania and Kenya. In 2017, A similar role saw him developing the west African Market for the TTCS group, in Ghana, Nigeria and Ivory Coast. He became the Regional Business Development Head in 2018 and Worked in 6 Southern African countries that Include Zimbabwe, Zambia Malawi and Mozambique. The unbundling of the SAP Business one Strategic Business unit DBS, saw him taking up The General manager position from October 2018 to January 2020. Tawanda Joined Milner Browne in Ireland taking the Position of Channel Manager for Europe Middle East and Africa from January 2020 to December 2020.

Tawanda is married to Faith and is a father of three boys, A devoted Catholic who is an active member of the Catholic Professionals Network. He enjoys public speaking, playing Golf and  research in improving genes of indigenous cattle  breeds
